Prevent fatigue-related oversight errors by identifying low-alertness signals early and executing healthy counter-fatigue sleep hygiene practices.

Students will be able to legally track personal flight-time duty limitations, plan personal rest sequences across cross-meridian routes, and fill out fatigue hazard logs.

Course Rules
